PAYMENTS

All payments are 100% secure and all information exchanged in order to process the payment is encrypted by SSL.

1. LOCAL CUSTOMERS

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

COD – Cash on Delivery 

In such instances, you will be emailed the order total in LKR so you can have the exact amount ready for the courier. If change is needed, please mention so during check-out. 

2. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that cards issued by local banks which are not listed above will not be accepted by our payment gateway, in which case we recommend doing a bank transfer via the app Wise. Please reach out to us to obtain all details necessary for this.

ORDERS

AMENDING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Since we process & ship your items daily, we cannot guarantee that your requests can be made. Unfortunately, we are not able to change or cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping information before placing your order. 

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Once again, please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have entered an incorrect address or would like to have it changed. We will do our best to assist you in such instances, however we are unable to assist with address changes once the order has left our facility. In such instances, we may provide you with a telephone number so you can reach out to our courier directly as they may be able to redirect your parcel. Failed delivery attempts due to an invalid address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of stolen or missing packages.

FAULTY POLICY

All LEO items are handcrafted thoughtfully, and go through a total of 2 rounds of quality control. If for some reason you believe your item is faulty, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us via [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, along with a description and picture – we will be there to assist you with providing full refund, store credit or an exchange – and LEO will bear all shipping costs for such instances.

Please note that one of the beauties of linen fibres and dead-stock fabric are the inherent irregularities they possess, making each piece you purchase truly unique. We do not consider these to be faulty and returns/exchanges will not be processed for such items. Furthermore, the natural wear/tear that occurs over normal use as well as faults that occur due to subpar care will not be accepted as manufacturing defects as well.
