Shipping & Exchanges

We offer island-wide domestic delivery & express delivery worldwide. Please read below for more information.

PRE-ORDERS
  • All orders will be dispatched as soon as your items are ready (within a 1-2 week period, or less).
  • For all local orders, please note that our couriers are currently experiencing delivery delays due to the ongoing fuel shortage.
  • Therefore, if a customer would like to receive an item on a specified date, we’d be happy to arrange a PickMe Flash at their expense.

LOCAL SHIPPING
  • We offer island-wide domestic shipping for a flat fee of LKR 250 per order. 
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order. Orders placed after 6pm will take 1 extra day.
  • Deliveries will take place 2-5 days after order dispatch (this includes our processing time).
  • All deliveries will take place between Monday-Saturday during the hours of 9am-6pm.
  • If there is a specific day which you would like the order to be delivered, please mention that at check-out. 
  • Once your order has been dispatched, our courier will send you an email confirmation along with a tracking link – please note that we are unable to change the shipping address after it has been dispatched. 
  • We do our best to ensure that all our deliveries take place within the stipulated time-frame. However, please note that on some rare occasions, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time-frame due to delays on our part or the courier – we appreciate your understanding in such instances. 
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or absence of receiver will be reattempted at a fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • Express Shipping (5-7 days) worldwide shipping available. 
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order. 
  • Please refer below to see the respective fee for your country. 
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched – please note that we are unable to change the shipping address once it has been dispatched. 
  • We do our best to ensure that all our deliveries take place within the stipulated time-frame. However, please note that on some rare occasions, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time-frame due to delays on our part or the courier. 
  • All items are shipped with Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) – therefore, please note that any customs, duties and taxes that may be incurred in the customer’s destination country falls upon the customer and will not be our liability. We are unable to estimate the value of said duties as these vary from country to country and are imposed by your local customs. Therefore, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on this.
EXCHANGES

1. LOCAL CUSTOMERS

  •  All returns/exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase.
  • You have the choice of returning the item for store credit or to exchange the item for a different size or an alternative product. We do not offer refunds at this moment. 
  • The customer will bear the cost of the delivery of the new item – for all local customers, we will be able to arrange pick-up & delivery for a flat fee of LKR 300. 
  • Please read our Exchange Policy below for more information & details on how to submit an Exchange Request. 

2. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.
  • You have the choice of returning the item for store credit or to exchange the item for a different size or an alternative product. We do not offer refunds at this moment. 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to organise delivery to LEO The Label, while we will process the delivery back to you for the given region’s standard fee (option between postal & express).
  • Please read our Exchange Policy below for more information & details on how to submit an Exchange Request.
EXCHANGE POLICY
  • No returns/exchanges for discounted items or items on sale.
  • You have the choice of returning the item for store credit or to exchange the item for a different size or an alternative product.
  • All exchanges are based on the availability of stocks.
  • All items should be in their original condition as when purchased (unwashed, unworn, unaltered) – once delivered to us, if the item fails our inspection rounds, the exchange request will be denied. 
  • The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches LEO, so please ensure it’s safe delivery.
  • If the new item requested has a higher price point than the original product, the customer will pay the price difference.
  • If the new item requested has a lower price point than the original product, the customer will be given store credit worth that amount (we do not offer cash or bank transfer refunds).
  • Please allow a total of up to 2 weeks for your return/exchange to be processed, we thank you in advance for your patience.
SUBMIT AN EXCHANGE REQUEST

1. LOCAL CUSTOMERS 

  • Please reach out to us via [email protected] to inform us of your Exchange Request.
  • You will then be emailed next steps with the return address to which you may arrange delivery to. 
  • Alternatively, we are able to arrange pick-up for a flat fee of LKR 300 at a date and time that is convenient for you.
  • You will receive status updates via email once we receive your parcel, when it has been processed, and again when it has been shipped to you.
  • If you opt for store credit, then we will email you the relevant code which will have a validity of 12 months, which you can apply easily at checkout.

2. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • Please reach out to us via [email protected] to inform us of your Exchange Request.
  • You will then be emailed next steps with the return address to which you may arrange delivery to, as well as the shipping cost that you will incur for delivery of the new item back to you (choice between postal & express).
  • You will receive status updates via email once we receive your parcel, when it has been processed, and again when it has been shipped to you.
  • Once we have received your item it will go through our inspection rounds, after which we will have the new product delivered to your doorstep. 
  • If you opt for store credit, we will email you the relevant code which will have a validity of 12 months, which you can apply easily at checkout.
